In January 2007, Barbara Prete was named the Interim Executive Director. Anne Fitzgibbon, Harmony's Co-Founder and Executive Director, was awarded a Fulbright Fellowship to work with the National System of Youth and Children's Orchestras of Venezuela. Anne accepted the eight month fellowship in South America in an effort to learn new long-term approaches to further enrich the Harmony Program.
